American television show. 1968-1970.


Irwin Allen‘s best series are still very watchable today, despite the sometimes rubbish plots. They are charming and timeless because he created characters who care about each other so much throughout their hair-raising adventures, that we can‘t help but care about them too. In 'Land of the Giants' it even rubbed off into real life. The actors who played Mark and Valerie got married, and although the actor who played 'Fitz' died, all the others still love to get together for conventions after more than forty years.
